Project 6, A Children's Lulliby
In this project, we had to create a song, using just the C chord. This project, I learned how to play C chords, and how to make a smooth transition between each chord progression. After creating three patterns using just C chords, and transitions in Sytrus. I created the base again using only C key in FL Slayer. This by itself was tricky. Wanting to not upset the almost magical Chord Progression Pattern and having to just use C. In the end i decided one one pluck sound every time the chords change. After the first pattern, the base would also go up an octave with the chords. So the sound of the gentle almost kick sound would not be out of place. Enjoy.
If Native American's had Homemade Synths/ Project 5
Project 5. It may of taken me a month but i finally have it down. Silly melodies kept messing me up. Project 5 is all about creating synths from scratch. Meaning using default on Sytrus and building your synth from there. From there you can make the synth sound how ever you want it to sound like. For me I choice to make my volume synth to sound like a flute and the pitch synth to mimic that. Using the first operator tab and making the volume line increase at a steady rate then put a decay on the end of it to make it just kind of slowly die out. After I created my pitch synth, which was created so it would almost parrot the volume synth just at a lower octave. Making the synth like a repeating round. The drums i made to be a gentle, to go with the rest of the song, so they would not take over the song.
